Kati Anne Vickers | Ministry Leader Coach:
Kati Anne has been in ministry for 4 years now. She has staffed at 2 different churches as well as summer camps that have allowed her experience in leading teams. Kati Anne’s role at Haven of Grace is to evaluate leaders and the dynamic of their teams to create effective processes for the leader to grow. One fun fact about Kati Anne is that she loves to be outdoors.
Jake Silver | Ministry Leader Coach:
Jake has experience in leading a campus ministry as well as working on staff at a church in the discipleship department. Jake’s position at Haven of Grace is to equip and empower leaders with their new process for their teams post-evaluation. One fun fact about Jake is that he was born in England.
Kayley Schuitema | Ministry Coordinator:
Kayley has work in a church for a year and has a college dress in marketing. Kayley is passionate about assisting leaders in reaching their full potential. Kayley’s role at Haven of Grace is to manage the work we do with churches and leaders as well as marketing the business.
